“I was arrested and indicted by the Federal Government. I was charged with conspiracy to distribute over 35 pounds of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute over 35 pounds of cocaine, and possession of a loaded firearm in furtherance of the drug distribution. “Nancy got a felony and misdemeanor dismissed outright for me. The past four months have been the hardest period of my life. I found myself in jail facing a felony DV assault charge and a misdemeanor DV assault charge. In short, there was no real evidence that I did what was alleged, but nonetheless, these kinds of charges are typically really hard to beat, especially in Colorado. “Richard! I cannot say enough good things about Nancy Kardon. I was charged with 3 counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust. There were 2 victims. I was looking at 20 years in prison. Due to Nancy’s skill, knowledge, expertise and hard work, she was able to secure a plea bargain for 2 counts, each carrying 15 years on probation which was to run concurrently. This meant I would spend 15 years on probation, not 30. This kept me out of prison or jail. Nancy also ensured my probation was a determinant length of time. Therefore if I violated probation any jail sentence would also be determinant. I then violated the terms of my probation. My violations were technical, meaning I broke the rules of probation, but I did not reoffend or break any laws I had a consensual sexual relationship with an adult woman who had children the relationship was not approved by probation and was considered very serious by both my probation officer and the Douglas County District Attorney office. They thought the violations were so serious the DAs office assigned their chief attorney and asked for the maximum penalty, 12 years in state prison for each charge, to ru n consecutively, meaning I would serve 24 years. They offered no plea. Nancy shined again. Her diligence, skill , hard work and knowledge triumphed and I avoided any prison time. I was put back on probation Nancy Kardon was the key factor in formulating my defense and securing an immensely positive outcome from very serious and daunting challenges to my freedom.”– Richard.

“Saint Kardon. Long story short, My fiancé and I got into a verbal argument. I got locked out of the home, I kicked the door in, which coincidentally hit my fiancé in the head. Total accident, but in the state of CO’s eyes a very black, and white matter. I was arrested and charged with domestic violence, harassment, criminal mischief, and 3rd degree assault. I spent the next 14 hours in a county jail cell wondering if I was going to have a fiancé to come home to, and a job to go back to. Not a good feeling. Especially since it was an honest mistake. That terrible feeling was extrapolated when I was contacted that afternoon by the public defender. I was told he would represent me. He spoke with me on the phone, and he described how things were going to go. He mention some details of the case that didn’t add up. He was reading the wrong case!! This inattention to detail was the scariest part. Moments later Nancy walked into the jail and introduced herself. My guardian angel had arrived. Without me knowing my fiancé and family had contacted her office at approximately 9:30 AM, five hours later she was in the jail reassuring me in person that everything was going to be OK. Oh yeah.. and this all happened on her birthday! I posted bail and was released. Unfortunately a no contact order was placed so I wasn’t able to speak with the person I was sent to marry a week later. This on top of the possibility of losing my job was giving me the worst anxiety I’ve ever experienced. Nancy got the no contact order removed right away. She instructed me to focus on my work, and that she would take care of everything. The way she carried herself was reassuring, but the unknown was more stressful than I can describe. The next two days at work I was an anxious mess, and the clock seemed to stand still. That Friday Nancy called, and told me that all charges had been dropped and the case was dismissed! Nancy spoke with the DA and the next thing I knew I received a letter stating the DA had filed for dismal on the grounds “they had no reasonable likelihood of success at trial” aka they knew Nancy would absolute annihilate their case if brought to trial. “Nancy was able to get my case dropped with persistence!. One day I found myself in an abusive relationship after my partner assaulted me and refused to pay me back for our rent and their car (both of which I was paying for after we moved from CA to CO). After deliberating all day with my parents, I decided to call the cops for protection after my ex-partner refused to amicably leave the lease. Unfortunately, the cops identified me as the abuser and arrested me after my ex-partner claimed their actions were done in self defense. “US DEA Case. Where can I start.. About a year ago my family and I went through a rough patch. We had the DEA stormed through our house taking my entire family to jail and permanently traumatizing our children. “Domestic Violence Accusation twice with the same accuser. I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting involved romantically with a sociopath. I meet a young lady who was beautiful and smart and we had that chemistry thing that people try to get in a relationship but the more time we spent together the more that we grew apart. Several months into the relationship I came to the realization that we did not have a future together moving forward so I decided to end things with my then girlfriend.
